Tool comes without any Batteries or Charger. Not great as a Gift since the Box is too Large and Heavy. The Insert inside the Box is also non-removable so the whole Box must be scraped if anything happens to it. Delivery took more than a week from when the initial order was placed but arrived in excelent working condition and fully undamaged. The Box Handle is dimensioned properly and the two Latches are fairly Sturdy and rust resistant. The Quality of the HDPE Plastic is Standard but from an aesthetics point of view it looks worse than it functions. It is resistant to compression and impact but it is not as nice stacking as a Packout Case. The Tool itself is a FUEL type Brushless eMotor M12 machine, as such it functions almost flawlessly. Sound pressure is low and noise pattern is acceptable. It is efficient and the Band Saw operates a long time even with the 12v @ 2,5 Ah HighOutput Akkus. It is one of the Lightest 12v Band Saws arround and is very powerful considering how compact it is. Blade is high quality and one of the easiest to work with. Cutting metal or iron based alloys is very quiet and fast since the Tool Practically Slides through the material without the need to apply pressure. Just hold it steady and its own weight does the rest. The Handle is ergonomic (not for small Hands) but the Rubberised Grip did not impress. Trigger is a little too wiggly but in terms of acceleration, actuation force neccessary and electronic acceleration sensitivity it is one of the best. The Locking mechanism near the Trigger makes operating the Band Saw too difficult. It is located in a spot too hard to press properly with only one hand. It would have been preferable if the Safety was built directly into the Trigger for easier one Handed operation. The top speed of the Band reaches 174m/s according to the included Documentation. The Tech Documents include one General Tool information Booklet and one General Safety Guidelines Booklet. Milwaukee produces one of the Best Tool Documentations out there with a lot of Language translations readily available. From an organisation standpoint it is very easy to read. The Best Aspect is that the Tool Drawing and name are on the front cover so it is easier to find inside a Documentation Stack. The Drawings are too Dark and Small for comfortable reading. As such they should be accessible through a QR Code online for viewing in a scalable vector format on a Large Display and printing on a Larger format for easier reading that does not depend on keeping the Booklet open on a certain page. Instructions seem easy to follow and professionally compiled. Paper quality is a little lacking. The Covers should be thicker. No LDPE envelopes are provided for Storage Purposes. The interior Pouch inside the Lid of the Case does not hold the Documentation Straight. Due to the Paper Deformation the documentation may be difficult to read at first. As far as the Chasis is concerned the PP Plastic could be improved to higher manufacturing Standards or it could be changed to an ABS type Plastic. A Tool-Less Design for moving the Band Blade Slider up or down would also be better than what the current Design offers.
